This project was the result of a serious fire that gutted the clients' second-floor condo unit.  Luckily the owners escaped unharmed, but they lost everything.  As a friend with nothing to offer, I realized that the only thing I could give was exactly what they needed at the moment - plans to rebuild their home.  I worked closely with Spencer (Little) and Chris (Russell) to remake the space to reflect a modern lifestyle, with far-improved kitchen and bathrooms, the place became a focal point for friends to gather.  Tragically, Chris passed away in October 2020 and now, unfortunately, this project is somewhat bittersweet.  I can only hope that the home is still comfort to Spencer, not a constant reminder of loss.
